My Blue Heaven Triangular Shawl is a lovely hand-knitted shawl in light blue wool. It is knitted in a lovely lace-weight yarn; the pattern uses a combination of traditional Shetland Lace motifs. The design is adapted from a pattern by Patusha called “My Heaven” (available for free on Ravelry.com). Shetland Lace motifs and the wool is a beautiful merino wool yarn (2/30n). I made mine a little larger, used a finer yarn, and amended the pattern to continue the border across the top of the shawl.
This stole weighs approximately 55 grams and measures 150 cm in width by 70 cm in depth at its widest point. The yarn I used is 100% Merino Wool. It is as light as a feather and wraps beautifully. This shawl can be worn as an evening wrap, stole or a scarf.
